Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders above AED 250.

For orders below AED 250, a standard shipping fee of AED 25 will be applied. Please note that shipping charges may change during special promotions or offers.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time within the UAE is 2–4 business days and 5-10 days for the Gulf countries.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery may take slightly longer if the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • All UAE deliveries are typically completed within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • For International and Gulf orders, they are delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Prepaid Orders

Customers who place pre-paid orders can enjoy free standard shipping on orders above AED 250.

For orders below AED 250, a shipping charge of AED 25 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

Holiday Shipping
